Daystar Ambassadors
Guidelines1) A Daystar Ambassador must have accepted Christ as their leader and are doing their best to walk in His will. 2) A Daystar Ambassador must be willing to promote the importance of indigenous Christian education to their congregation and to all interested people in their community. 3) A Daystar Ambassador must possess the desire to lead a team in a “cross cultural” situation that is applicable to the mission trip. We will assist you by having a Daystar representative accompany your group and offer pre-trip orientation. 4) A Daystar Ambassador will be responsible for the fund raising of your mission team. We will assist you in training and supplying guides to reach your financial goal. Daystar U.S. will assist Daystar Ambassador’s travel and lodging expenses if the team has ten or more participants. Depending on air transportation and the month selected for the trip, the initial cost factor for a two-week mission trip is approximately $3700. The cost could be considerably less depending on air transportation and hotel accommodations. 5) A Daystar Ambassador must be able to reach out into the community to inform others of the need and vision for Africa.
