DR. TOM ENGLUND
Tom’s work at Daystar as a US board member, Daystar champion, and eventually Daystar U.S. Executive Director is remembered by all those who admired him. Tom was heroic as a champion for Daystar. He introduced many people to this remarkable university through “Journey of the Heart” trips and personal advocacy.
Tom is remembered by friends as a man willing to work without much personal recognition for things he believed in. His personal humility and his strong work ethic made a difference for individuals and organizations. Tom was willing to go through doors that God opened to him. He was more concerned with following God’s leading than advancing his own career path or personal agenda. Tom was always committed to family and friends.
Daystar U.S. will always be indebted to the work that Tom Englund did for the organization and remember all those he positively influenced throughout his life.
